Part of the ‘Earth Series’.

Natural oxides within the earth are often greens and reds, intertwining and layering deep beneath the earth’s crust. I have tried to capture this with a hint of lava/volcanic activity.

Acrylic on stretched canvas, using a fluid art technique that allows the paints to blend in a unique way, which i disturb using oils to create unusual textures and patterns.
