Part of the “Ice and Water” Series.

One of my first forays into fluid art where I was happy with the result. This selection of colours pleases the eye, calming, cool and gently moving across the canvas, with pools of light and hidden gemstones within the cells between colours. This deep box canvas is painted on the sides and has a fabulous 3D effect on the wall.

Acrylic on stretched canvas, using a pouring paint technique that allows the pastel paints to blend in a unique way, which I disturb using oils to create unusual textures and patterns.
