Part of the “Ice and Water” Series

This detailed fluid art design has movement and energy consistent with water, hence the title. I wanted to create a topographical image and loved how this small but delicate painting turned out with the blues, black, white and green.

Acrylic on stretched canvas, using a pouring paint technique that allows the pastel paints to blend in a unique way, which I disturb using oils to create unusual textures and patterns.

30cms x 20cms x 1cm, unframed.
